At different heights in the tower, there are two elevators located in the central part of the structure. You can get to the very top only by climbing the stairs, where only a limited number of specialists have access. For ordinary visitors, the TV tower is not accessible, so you can only admire the engineering and architectural business card of Kiev from the outside. The TV tower looks very beautiful in the dark during certain holidays, when the whole design is illuminated, not just the signal lights.
