The parish house of the church of St. Joseph
The parish house of the Church of St. Joseph was originally built in 1914 under the leadership of Adam Young - theowner of the village of Trzenets. During the First World War, the 10-meter building was demolished, and the material was used to fortify the roads in Przemysl. After the war, Adam Young's son donated a considerable sum for the resumption of the temple. So the date of the birth of the church is considered to be the period from 1924 to 1928.
The project was executed by the architect Stanislav Maersky. During the Second World War the church functioned, albeit in part. After the war was completely closed, and the head of the paraphy was sent to prison.
The building was given to a storage room for salt and other chemicals, which resulted in severe damage. Later -under the sports hall of the school.
In 1989, the church began to function again, re-consecrated as a Roman Catholicand renovated. To date, the building is a beautiful example of neo-Gothic architecture-high, as if directed to the sky.
One-nave building is made of brickon a stone basement. Nearby is the neo-Gothic tomb of the Jung family.
