For numerous fans of history, castles and chivalric tournaments, Ukraine is an ideal place. On the territory of the country, unique buildings of the times of the great kings have been preserved. In addition to the most popular, such as  Lutsk castle, there is still  many interesting places. One of them can be called the Branicki Palace.

The palace was built in 1782 in Luboml by Count Franz Ksaveri Branicki. It was a huge palace complex. He was notable for an unprecedented  luxury and style. Here everything was to lead a secular life and enjoy the local nature. The complex consisted of the palace itself, several two-story outbuildings, galleries, a winter garden and a park, which was surrounded by a stone wall. The architecture was amazing. A complex molding decorated the facades of buildings.

In the palace, noisy balls were held, hid treasures and concealed family secrets. Several times the palace changed its owner. And, like many castles, it suffered at the hands of Soviet power. Now only one wing remained from the palace complex of Branicki. But this place has not lost its attractiveness and mystery. With this architectural masterpiece  you can admire for hours. The Branicki Palace is one of the most colorful places of Luboml.

Дворец Браницких

For many enthusiasts of history, castles, and medieval tournaments, Ukraine is an ideal destination. The country boasts unique buildings from the times of great kings. Aside from the most popular attractions, such as the Lutsk Castle, there are many other interesting places to explore. One of them is the Braniczky Palace.

The palace was built in 1782 in Luboml by Count Francis Xavier Braniczky. It was a vast complex consisting of a main palace building, several two-story wings, galleries, a winter garden, and a park enclosed by a stone wall. Its architecture was truly astonishing – intricate carvings adorned the facades of the buildings.

Sumptuous balls were held in this palace, treasures were hidden there, and family secrets were kept safe. Over the years, it changed hands several times and, like many castles, suffered during the Soviet era. Today, only one wing of the Braniczky Palace complex remains. Yet this site retains its allure and mystery. This architectural masterpiece is worth hours of contemplation. The Braniczky Palace is one of Luboml’s most fascinating attractions.
