St. Nicholas Church (Church of St. Nicholas)
On one of the outer walls of the building you can see a confirmatory inscription describing who and when became the creator of the legendary temple.
This church is one of the few in Ukraine, which after a few centuries has been preserved in its original form. It was created by folk craftsmen on the site of one of the defensive castles destroyed. Dozens of talented architects erected a beautiful Orthodox temple, in which traditional features of architecture harmoniously intertwined with non-standard solutions. For example, the bell tower of the church is built in such a way that its towers could serve as a viewing platform in the event of an attack by enemy troopson the Vinnitsa land. A girdle with arches is at the same time an excellent protection of the basement from the water and a safe canopy for the parishioners. Such architecture is recognized as a visiting card of the temple.
Unfortunately, over the past 100 years, the interior beauty of the building has suffered the most. Until 1970, it housed a local history museum. Restoration restoration works are being continued here.
