Dnipropetrovsk Interior Department has a rather unusual monument. Gypsum sculpture of a golden policeman leads to perplexity of all passers-by who first encountered it. A figure in a police uniform in one hand holds a walkie-talkie, and in another tablet.

Behind the militiaman you can see a cloak-tent and a folded wing!

Such a collective image of a law enforcement officer was created by the Dnepropetrovsk sculptor Alexander Zigura. According to the author, the right to use weapons in people in uniform is given more. In the people there is a second name of the monument - Mentokryla.
