The monument was erected on the street named after Vladimir Dal, No.7. The total height of the monument is 4.5 meters. The figure of Vladimir Dal is made of concrete, covered with copper. The scientist is depicted in a chair with a book and is completely focused on his work. On the granite pedestal there is a sign: "Vladimir Dal (Cossack Lugansky)". With such a pseudonym he signed his fairy tales, there were stories.
