Alushta Mining and Seaside Amphitheater, located in the center of Southshore, as if in focus, concentrates the main features of the nature of the western and eastern parts of the sub-Mediterranean treasury of the Crimean peninsula.

Here, in a small space between the main Crimean ridge and the Black Sea, among the emerald greenery of forests and parks, white-stone necklace is Alushta - one of the oldest settlements in the southern coast of the Crimea. Now Alushta has spread its lands along the Black Sea coast for 49 km, from Ayu-Dag in the south-west (on the border with the Big Yalta) to the cape Agira (or the Tower) in the north-east (on the border with the Sudak city council). On the northern periphery (on the main Crimean ridge), the Alushta region borders on the Bakhchisaray, Simferopol and Belogorsky areas of the foothill Crimea, and this land boundary stretches for almost 100 km.
