3) Pivbar Beer & amp; beef

The Churasko Set in Pivbar Beer & amp; beef consists of snacks and nine kinds of meat. First bring a snack set. In the Latin American churasceria, it is called & laquo; meze & raquo ;. In it: a bread plate, fresh vegetables, pickles, baked potatoes, turnips with chili, turkey olive, cream cheese and sauces (the total weight of snacks is about 700 grams). Further every 10-12 minutes, one type of meat is served: chicken wings and legs, pork, veal, beef, beef ribs, beef liver in a pig net, lamb sausage, leg lamb. The latter is again offered a pineapple with chili sauce, which is fried on the grill. Meat is fried here on skewers on an open grill in the open kitchen.

The dishes are served by churasco-men. He watches the preparation of meat, takes him out into the hall, using a formidable machete to cut off the skewer into the visitor's plate and helps the guest to choose a sauce for each kind of meat.
