The rumor ascribes its construction to not even the Hungarian nobility, but to the Russian princess. Allegedly the fortress was built to protect the bride. According to another version, young girls from noble families were buried in an impenetrable fortress. At the foot of the mountain, where the castle is located, you can see a column of volcanic tuff- Nevitsky Pole.
