Gora Blyznytsa
Hora Bliznitsa is located in the Rakhiv district of the Transcarpathian region. Its top is fixed on the arrays of Svidovtsa, which is an integral part of the Ukrainian Carpathians. It has many mountains and volcanic formations that have become reserves and geological reserves of national importance.
Bliznitsa or Bliznitsy (the more common and exact name of the mountain system) is in the eastern part of this massif. This system consists of two mountains that are similar in shape, vegetation and altitude. It was thanks to the similarities that such a sonorous name was given. Sometimes the local name is Mount Hmelnitsa, which is due to the dialectic peculiarity of the Transcarpathian dialect.
The highest point of the Bliznitsa is 1883 meters above sea level. The surface of the mountain is an ideal for hiking trails and interesting routes. Its foundation and the first 1000-1400 meters are dense beech and coniferous forests inhabited by wild animals of different species. All that is higher than these heights - a typical Transcarpathian polonina, consisting of limestone, sandstone, mountain grasses.
Nearby you can see the unusual mountain Lysina, located in the same area in the tract Dragobrat.
