Ingredients:

● water 3 l

● Honey 500 g

● hop cones 3.5 g

● dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

● sugar 1 tsp.

● water 1/2 cup.

Preparation Method:

1) Boil water, add honey, mix and boil for 2 minutes. Remove the foam.

2) When the foam stops standing out, add hops, remove from the heat, cover with a lid. The liquid should cool down to 40 C.

3) Sweeten a half cup of water with sugar, dilute the yeast, allow it to foam.

4) Pour the yeast into the cooled water and leave to ferment in a warm place for 5 days.

5) After this period, remove the hops, filter the drink and pour into bottles. Let stand a drink in the bottle for another 3-4 days .. Enjoy your drink;)
