Lemon-ginger tea1 photos
Very tasty and healthy tea that invigorates, tones and strengthens the immune system.
Ingredients for making three cups of tea (800 ml kettle):
● 1/2 Lemon;
● 3-4 cm of fresh ginger root;
● honey when serving.
Cooking
1) Lemon cut arbitrarily, throw in the kettle and slightly pierce with a fork so that it gives juice. Clean the ginger, cut into thin slices and send to the kettle too.
2) Pour boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. It is possible and more. The longer the tea is infused, the sharper is its taste. Served with honey.
