Ingredients:

● Brown sugar - 1 cup

● Water - 2 tablespoons

● Butter - 6 tablespoons

● Salt - 1/2 tsp.

● Apple cider vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon

● Cream (fat) - 3/4 cup

● Rum - 1/2 tea

Cooking

1) In a saucepan, mix brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then, while stirring, cook until it reaches 110 degrees. Add butter, salt, vinegar and 1/4 cup of cream. After the liquid has completely cooled, pour in the rum and mix.

2) In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with 1/2 cup of cream. Beat the mixer for 2-3 minutes to make them very thick.

3) Divide the boiled mixture into 4 cups, add 1/4 cups of cream soda to each and mix thoroughly.

Top with a portion of cream
