Calle Sumskaya, 82. Antiguo edificio de apartamentos de Moshevich (1914).

Este edificio de seis pisos fue construido entre 1910 y 1914 según los planos del arquitecto Viktor Abramovich Estrovich, quien en su trabajo empleó formas arquitectónicas clásicas. El arquitecto decoró el edificio con diez figuras femeninas antiguas, cabezas de leones y columnas. En el techo se instaló un solario al que se accedía mediante un ascensor.


El edificio destaca por su majestuosidad, lograda a través del uso intenso de formas arquitectónicas clásicas. La fachada de los dos primeros pisos está decorada con un robusto zócalo sobre el cual se eleva una columnata de orden corintio que conecta los tres pisos siguientes en altura. El entablado, con su cornisa principal, se encuentra a la misma altura que los alféizares del sexto piso. Las proporciones y detalles de la fachada están ejecutados con gran maestría.

Paralela a las columnas, en el frente del sexto piso, se han instalado diez figuras femeninas de estilo antiguo.
