Este edificio de cinco pisos se encuentra en un terreno estrecho. La longitud de la fachada se ha aumentado mediante la creación de un profundo patio interior. La fachada, de estilo moderno y que incorpora elementos del barroco ucraniano, se destaca por la plasticidad de sus balcones y porches, así como por la original diseño de sus tejados con frontones y pequeñas torres.

Según los expertos, el autor del edificio “si bien estaba interesado en el estudio de la arquitectura ucraniana, no logró dar al edificio un carácter totalmente nacionalista. Los detalles característicos de la arquitectura ucraniana quedaron eclipsados por las influencias del estilo moderno”.

El Bursaçский спусз es un sendero peatonized por un antig rail trail de ferroviario. Anteriormente, este camino servía como el principal route de transporte entre la ciudad de Vologda y el distrito de Kostroma. En el pasado, it was used by trains that transported goods and passengers. Trenes circled around a large circle, making multiple stops along the way.
