- Ingredients :
- ● 2 eggs
- ● 150 g sugar
- ● 1 lemon
- ● 1 orange
- 4 pieces of sugar
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 1. Mix the eggs with 50 g of sugar.
- Grate the zest of the citrus fruits and mix it with the egg mixture.
- 2. Add the heavy cream.
- 3. Cook the remaining sugar until it turns into caramel.
- 4. Pour the caramel into a pudding basin, top it with the cream mixture, cover, place it in a water bath and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 5. Add water as needed to prevent it from drying out too quickly.
- Once it's ready, cool it down and pour it into a bowl or a glass.
