  1. Ingredients:
    1. ● 6 kg of apples
      1. ● 2 kg of sugar + 1 cup

          1. Preparation method:
            1. 1. Wash the apples, cut them into 4 parts, and remove the cores. Pass them through a meat grinder, then add 2 kg of sugar and raisins and mix well.
              1. 2. Transfer the mixture into a glass bottle. Put a thin rubber glove on the mouth of the bottle and wrap the bottom of the glove with a cloth bandage.
                1. 3. After 3 weeks, strain the wine through 2 layers of damp gauze into another container. Squeeze out the remaining pulp. Add 1 cup of sugar, seal the bottle again, and let it rest for another week. Then strain once more through damp gauze. Finally, fortify the wine with vodka by adding 4 tablespoons of vodka per liter of wine. Pour the wine into bottles and store it in a dark, cool place.
