Były pensjonat ubezpieczyczej spółki „Życie”.<br>(Sumska 19)5 zdjęć
Byl to budynk owned by an insurance company called „Žizn“.
(Sumskaya 19)
The facade of this three-story building was designed in the style of early Baroque, featuring a variety of decorative architectural elements.
It is believed that the building was reconstructed at the end of the 19th century by N. A. Schtakenscheidter, a man from St. Petersburg who was the son of the personal architect of Tsar Nicholas I. <
The central entrance is highlighted by a two-story balcony. The lower level is supported by statues of atlantes, while the upper level is adorned with delicate, elegant columns in the Ionic order. Above the cornice, in the center, there is a large parapet featuring a design resembling a coat of arms.
In terms of its layout, the building has a rectangular shape, creating an internal courtyard. In the middle of this courtyard lies another two-story building.
