In 1873, the widow of Major T.I. Kirichenko built a two-story mixed-use building at the intersection of Veternarnaya Street and Mironositskaya Street, at numbers 4 and 25 respectively. After a fire in 1887, it was restored. In 1893, Minovsky constructed a stone house there. In 1915, the Control Office, managed by V.I. Goryansky, was located at this address. By 1925, a five-story stone building with a basement and two elevators had been built on this site – the ground floor contained commercial spaces.
After the war, this building and another one constructed by Kompanytsa were merged, resulting in the establishment of the NIOHIM facility located on Mironositskaya Street.
In the 1950s, a large residential building with a restaurant on the ground floor was built across from it.
