The church in the village of Torun in the Transcarpathian region was built in the far 1809. The temple has three frames and the highest tower. Its location is the central part of the village, the beautiful and cozy coast of the local rivulet. The official name of the church is The Church of the Introduction of the Blessed Virgin.

A church was built from the beams of natural spruce. The roof of the temple has two slopes and a reliable flat overlap. The log house on the eastern side is distinguished by a somewhat understated roof, which has an independent, autonomous appearance. Initially, the roof of the church was used for plowing and lathing, and the top was painted red. The fall along the whole circumference of the church on the west facade turns into a beautiful two-story porch. The interior of the church is adorned with a unique decoration made from carvings of handwork.

The belfry of the temple is entirely of wood, made in the form of a rectangle on two tiers. The lower tier of the bell tower has a significant historical rarity - two ancient gates that have preserved the spirit of the past.
