Church of St. John of Nepomuk, Mizoch

The construction of the church began in 1795 by General Krzysztof Dunin-Karvitsky, his son Kazimir finished the temple in the 1830s.

Initially, the whole building was used for the needs of the temple. After the end of World War II, the Soviet authorities took the temple and divided it into two parts, in one of which the library was located, and in the other - the cinema .

Despite the fact that for a long time the building of the church was not used for its intended purpose, in its dungeons the graves of the Dunin-Karvicki family and the grave of Princess Yadviga Lyubomirskaya were preserved. Only in the 1990s the temple was returned to its parishioners. At present this shrine is renamed the Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God of the UOC-KP. The interior of the temple was completely changed, its original decor was completely lost.
