Despite its age, the temple was erected with observance of all classical traditionsof the folk architecture of the Carpathian region. The church has a cross-shaped layout with two tiers. Above the church there are four domes. To the right of the central entrance is a small two-story chapel.

The original decoration of the interior of the temple is the large iconostasis, made by craftsmen in 1995. Especially for this work from the neighboring Delyatina were invited two craftsmen. The artist M. Kuzyuk was engaged in writing the icons. The wall paintings inside the church amaze with its beauty and eccentricity. They were made in 2000 by invited masters.

The church stands on an open lawn near the forest, so the approach to it is convenient from all sides. Today, the church worksin its usual mode and is open to parishioners and tourists. Also in Yablunytsya is worth visiting Assumption Church, and the nearest church sights from other villages are Ilyinskaya and The Peter and Paul Church in Yaremche.
