Museum of Local Lore, Kosmach

Expositions of the museum house acquaint with the historical past of the village, its spiritual life, culture and traditions. Each room illuminates a certain theme. The largest of them relates to the life of Patriarch Vladimir, who served in the church of Saints Peter and Paul from 1968 to 1972. The exhibits presented in this room tell about the churches of the village. Here are kept icons and other church things. A separate corner is dedicated to V. Chornovil, who was baptized by the patriarch Vladimir. The second room of the museum is reserved for exhibits, which tell about the history of the village from the very beginning. In the third room are stored household items, clothing, weaving, and a collection of Easter eggs is presented.
