Church of St. Stanislaus (Sambir)

The three-nave temple of the Basilican type is characterized by baroque features. Nearby there is a building of later construction, it was the Jesuit collegium. Later, when the Jesuit order was liquidated, the monastery crossed over to the Bernardines.

The pride of the temple is the Czech organcreated by the masters of the Czech-Austrian firm Gebruder Rieger in 1935. After restoration, its majestic sound pleases the visitors. Now in the former church there is an organ hall.Fans of organ music celebrate the wonderful acoustics of the building. Usually concerts are held on Saturdays.

In the cell house there is the Sambir School of Culture.

Among the active temples in Sambor, the most visited by the tourists is the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, where the relics of St. Valentine are kept.
