Near the road, in the south of the village of Krasnoe is the church of St. Elijah. Today it is visited only by local parishioners and casual tourists. But a few centuries ago the church was the largest religious building in the whole Buisky district of Lviv.

It is noteworthy that St. Ilya's church is a property of national architecture. Built in 1750 on technique "without a single nail", the church retained its original appearance to the present day

Supported the external beauty of the temple, numerous restorations. The most grandiose of them took place in 1886-1900. Its result was the erection of a new bell tower near the church.

Curiously, the interior of the shrine is rather modest. A lot of icons and an ancient altar create a unique calm atmosphere in the temple.

One of the highlights of the Church of St. Elijah is a well. Few people know the true history of its origin. But most travelers claim that the water in it has medicinal properties and perfectly quenches thirst.
