Monument to the Dnepropetrovsk Komsomol members
Opening of the monument to the Dnipropetrovsk Komsomol members at the Museum of the History of the Komsomol in 2010 was timed to the 90th anniversary of the creation of a single Komsomol organization in Dnipropetrovsk. The monument was created due to voluntary contributions. The monument is a bronze figure of a young man and a girl who plant a tree of the future.
The inscription on the monument reads: "Legends will tell us what we were".
Near the monument you can see several city sights - the monument to Matrosov, the Historical Museum named after Dmitry Yavornytsky and his collection of ancient sculptures, close to the Savior's Transfiguration Cathedral.
