A miniature fortification park

Miniature fortresses and castles, which are copies of the majestic structures of Belarus, Ukraine and Poland, you can see in the Lviv park fortifications. It appeared in 2010 on the territory of the Potocki Palace as an additional museum exposition.

Among the buildings you will see a miniature of the High Castle, from which, alas, in reality there were only ruins. Also in the collection of exhibits will be presented Transcarpathian Templar castle, a medieval church, Zolochiv Castle, old churches.

All these miniatures were made using stone, concrete and metal. The scale is 1:50. By the way, for the first eight miniatures the well-known master left almost a year. They were created on three-dimensional images, based on photographs and descriptions.

To get to the palace of Count Potocki from the railway station can be trams number 1 and number 9. From the bus station in the direction of the palace shuttle bus number 3.
