The Winter Palace, the White Church
The Branicki Winter Palace is a monument of civil architecture in the White Church. It was built in 1796, as the winter residence of the Branicki landlords. The building is located in the central part of the city and is one of the brightest examples of palace construction in Ukraine.
The construction of the palace is done in the style of classicism, which is indicated by the accentuated plasticity of the forms of the building, the cut rectangular windows, and the front entrance, separated by the four-columned portico. The original layout of the premises has not been preserved, the current layout is corridor. According to its plan, the structure is quadrangular: two-story from the side of the facade and three-story from the rear.
The Branicki Winter Palace impresses with its beauty and elegance of all visitors.
