The corner of Chernyshevskaya Street (No. 14) and Serdyukovsky Passage (Skrypnik Street). In 1808, according to the design of architect P.A. Yaroslavsky, a typical two-story mansion with four columns was built here. Before the revolution, this property belonged to the city secretary Dmitri Fedorovich Serdyukov and his heirs. In 1814, the building was reconstructed according to the plans of architect V.N. Lobachevsky. In the 1930s, it underwent renovation based on the designs of architect V.I. Pushkarev.
