44 Mironoсинская Street

In 1911, I.H. Boyko, the owner of the property at 44 Miroносинскаya Street, built a two-story mansion that incorporated elements of Ukrainian architecture, according to the design of architect S.P. Timoshenko, who also lived there.

In the house’s vestibule and on the stairwell walls, paintings by artist N. Samokish (created between 1910 and 1912) have survived, although in poor condition.

In the 1930s, the building was expanded by two additional floors, which resulted in the loss of its original character.
