Poltavsky Shlyakh, 3 (formerly Ekaterinoslavskaya Street)
Since the early 19th century and until the revolution, the property located at Ekaterinoslavskaya Street 3, Kueinskoy Pereyulok, and Kontorskaya Street belonged to the wealthiest tax collector, Kozma Nikitich Kuzin, and his heirs. He was the first person in Kharkov to be granted the title of “Commerci Councilor.” He was deeply involved in charitable activities and enjoyed the respect of both the local authorities and the general public.
