Calle Poltava Shlyak, 22a. The facade of this five-story building, which is largely obscured from view throughout the year by tree crowns, features an asymmetrical design and a rich abundance of details: variously shaped and proportioned balconies, wide and narrow window openings with flat or arched ceilings, semi-oval-shaped elements, and volumetric decorative sculptures. The building also boasts an original architectural detail such as an innovative grip handle.
