Church of St. Francis, Delyatyn

The end of the construction of the temple and its consecration took place in 1882. Until 1945, the church was operational and did not close during military operations. Later, the building of the temple was used as a military warehouse, and after that, in the 1970s, the timber mill's workshop was located here.

Without special supervision, the attraction went into decline. The idea to put in order the destroyed church and make it a museum belongs to the scientist V. Klapchuk. Thanks to his efforts, the church received the status of a monument of architecture. Since 1992, the church of St. Francis belongs to the Roman Catholic community Delyatina.

The architecture of the sights refers to the novel-gothic style. The tall rectangular red-brick building is decorated with large narrow windows in the form of an arch, stone ledges on both sides, a three-tiered tower crowned with a cross, and an annex with a faceted roof. The temple together with the bell tower, built in 2011, is located behind a wooden-stone fence.
