Ivanova 4
In 1873, the widow of Major T.I. Kirichenko built a two-story mixed-use building at the intersection of Veterinarian Street 4 (now Ivanova Street) and Mironositskaya Street, 25. After a fire in 1887, it was restored. In 1893, Minovsky constructed a stone house there. In 1915, the Control Office, managed by V.I. Goryansky, was located at this address. By 1925, a five-story stone building with a basement and two elevators had been built on this site; the ground floor contained commercial spaces.
After the war, this building and another one constructed by Kompanytsa were merged to form the current NIOHIM building on Mironositskaya Street.
In the 1950s, a large residential building with a dining hall on the ground floor was built across from it.
