The hybrid airship "Airlander", created by Hybrid Air Vehicles & Co., was recently shown to the public for the first time. True, it was not an open show, but only a report from the hangars of the organization.
The scale of the airship is really impressive. In length it is 91.5 meters, with a width of 34.5 meters and an altitude of about 26 meters. The show took place in one of the hangars of the developer company in Cardington, UK. Initially, the project was developed for the US Army. However, soon, the funding was terminated and the developers went on their own "swimming". Airship Pilot Flight & laquo; Airlander & raquo; will be held already this year. The carrying capacity of the vehicle is a considerable 10,000 kilograms.
