This five-story building is located on a compact plot of land. The length of the facade has been increased by incorporating a deep bay window. The prominent facade, featuring elements of both Modernism and Ukrainian Baroque, is distinguished by its expressive use of protruding balconies and alcoves, as well as the distinctive shape of its roof with its ridges and turrets.

Experts have noted that the building’s designer, "being deeply interested in Ukrainian architecture, attempted to incorporate nationalistic features into the design. However, this was not entirely successful; some details characteristic of Ukrainian architecture were somewhat diluted by the dominant influence of Modernism.”
