This six-story building was constructed between 1910 and 1914 according to the design of architect Viktor Abramovich Estrovich, who employed classical architectural forms in his work. The architect adorned the building with ten ancient female statues, lion heads, and columns. A solarium was installed on the roof, and access to it was provided by an elevator.
The building stands out for its grandeur, which was achieved through the extensive use of classical architectural elements. The rusticated walls of the lower two floors serve as a solid base, upon which a colonnade in the Corinthian order supports the three higher floors. The entablature with its main cornice is positioned at the level of the sixth-floor windows. The proportions and details of the facade are executed with great skill.
Along the axes of the columns, against the backdrop of the sixth floor, ten female statues in ancient style have been installed.
