However, the local people are more familiar with the legends that tell about these mysterious entities. So, it is rumored that at that place in the old days there was a rich settlement. One day the Lord appeared in the body of a traveler and asked for food. The villagers threw a crust of bread. The Lord became angry and turned everything and everyone around into stones. Another legend tells that at that place in the night a windmill of devils was making, however, they did not ripen until dawn. The windmill was petrified and crumbled.

Most visitors are intrigued by "traces of God" on some lumps: they have dents that resemble human foot. Water that fills the tracks remains warm throughout the year. It is believed that if you step into it barefoot, all sorts of diseases will disappear, and the coveted wishes will come true.
