At the end of this strip is a T-34-85 tank with a tail number 111. It was this tank that took part in the liberation of Kiev. The monument was erected in honor of the 3rd Guards Tank Army, which heroically drove the fascists from the country's capital. Interestingly, after such a heroic past, a combat vehicle with all the crew and paratroopers independently drove into the pedestal. Soon the monument was added with stelae. The monument to the tankmen reflects the struggle for freedom.
