Museum Glade of Fairy Tales
On the outskirts of Yalta, at the foot of the Stavri-Kaya cliffs, quaint like an ancient castle, surrounded by forests and mountains, there is an unusual, mysterious Glade of Fairy tales - the only open-air fairy tale museum in Ukraine.

This unique museum of sculptures on fairy-tale themes in the open air, the only one not only in the Crimea, but also in Ukraine - 37 years. Back in the 23rd year of the 20th century, Muscovite oil engineer Pavel Pavlovich Bezrukov, seriously ill with tuberculosis of the throat, was forced to temporarily leave Moscow, in the hope of recovery he came to the southern coast of the Crimea. Having visited various places, he realized that he was best at breathing in the mountain forest, rich in phytoncides, and in the vicinity of Yalta, in one of the forest glades he settled at the foot of the picturesque mountains, near the Wuchang-Su waterfall and the Stavri-Kaya rock. Where he founded in 1960 a fairy tale museum. The fabulous corner quickly gained popularity, especially among the kids. And soon, other masters began to bring their work to the delight of the kids. However, adults also happily come to the glade of fairy tales to plunge into the world of childhood and meet with their favorite heroes. The museum is primarily designed for children's audiences. Therefore, in addition to the traditional excursion held in the museum, it includes a performance with the living Baba Yaga, and in summer there is a summer theater where you can see clowns, pirates, mermaids, and puppet show every hour.
